Customers have 30 days to return the products in "as shipped" condition (QT Medical reserves the right to inspect the condition of the return product and apply charges to damaged products); customers will receive a refund, minus shipping & handling and 15% restocking fee, by original payment method. *No returns allowed on electrode strips once the package is opened. If the product is in stock, we will ship the items out within 3 business days of the payment being received. Otherwise the ETD will be agreed upon by both the customer and QT Medical, shown on the Receipt.
